Looking for a full-time role with competitive pay, paid training, and a long weekend every second week?

We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us.

You’ll spend your day speaking with existing supporters, having engaging conversations, and building positive relationships over the phone.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident talking with people, willing to learn, and bring a positive attitude, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with existing supporters

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

• Positive, reliable, and motivated

• Confident speaking with different people

• Comfortable working in a phone-based role

• Willing to learn and take on feedback

• Team-focused with a strong work ethic

• Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or sales is highly regarded, but not essential.

Your Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off and a long weekend every second week.
