As the business continues its growth journey, Trinity Fitout and Construction is strategically expanding its capability to deliver larger and more complex projects within the $20M+ market sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while mentoring and developing project delivery teams.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from project award through to completion.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen Trinity's capability within the $20M+ project sector.
- Act as a trusted advisor and leader within the project delivery function.
- Manage project programmes, procurement strategies, forecasting and cost control.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Drive project profitability through effective commercial management, trade letting and variation management.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Ensure all projects meet Trinity's quality, programme and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop Site Managers and project delivery teams.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and performance to achieve the best commercial and operational outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
- Attend client, consultant and stakeholder meetings throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Preconstruction teams during tender submissions by developing methodologies, programmes and project strategies. Assist in securing future opportunities by maintaining exceptional client relationships and generating repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to WHS, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management requirements.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the commercial construction environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple commercial construction projects valued up to $20M+.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, contracts and project profitability.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading project delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement and subcontractor management.
- Experience administering construction, Design & Construct or Managing Contractor contracts.
- Sound knowledge of the Sydney construction market and subcontractor network.
- High-level problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite and construction management systems such as Procore.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience within commercial fitout, refurbishment, education or government sectors will be highly regarded.
