Registered Nurse - Residential Aged Care - Central West Queensland

- $53–$55 per hour + super + salary packaging.

Main Duties:
- Deliver safe, person-centered clinical care to residents.
- Complete clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing reviews.
- Monitor resident outcomes and respond to changing clinical needs.
- Lead, guide and support Personal Care Workers across each shift.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
- Collaborate with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote a positive culture of clinical safety,



quality and continuous improvement.

Essentials:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- New graduates and experienced Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work across AM, PM and night shifts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's licence.
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
