What you will be doing

Most importantly, you’ll make the experience feel personal, reassuring and human — because this is a service based on individualised care services, not just a numbers game.

· Responding to enquiries from prospective clients and their families by phone and in person, including enquiries received through My Aged Care and health professionals

· Building genuine and trusted relationships with clients, carers and family members

· Understanding and explaining what Support at Home funding means for each client and how it can support their individual goals, needs and preferences

· Taking a person-centred approach to understanding each client’s care needs, lifestyle, independence and connection to community

· Clearly explaining home care services and helping clients and families make informed decisions about what is right for them

· Guiding prospective clients through the initial relationship and onboarding journey, from first enquiry through to commencement of care

· Converting enquiries into new clients while ensuring the experience remains warm, respectful, transparent and reassuring

· Building strong referral relationships with hospitals, GPs, social workers, assessors, specialists, community organisations and other key referrers

· Developing and maintaining referral networks that generate new client opportunities

· Maintaining accurate client records, intake trackers and follow-up activities

· Ensuring no genuine lead goes cold through proactive and consistent follow-up

· Working towards and exceeding monthly client acquisition targets

· Representing Pearl Home Care at community, health and industry events

· Building awareness of the Pearl Home Care brand, our values and the support services we provide

· Organising and booking information sessions for clients, families, professionals and community groups

· Following up with clients and/or carers after services commence to seek feedback, strengthen the relationship and ensure their experience continues to meet expectations





· Working collaboratively with the wider Pearl Home Care team to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to service delivery

What you will bring

You’ll be a natural people person who can combine compassion with commercial drive.

We’re looking for someone with:

· A vibrant, warm, confident and genuine manner

· A passion for supporting older Australians to remain independent and connected within their community

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with older people and their families

· A proven background in sales, customer service, community care, home care, health, aged care or a related field

· The motivation and resilience to pursue opportunities, follow up consistently and achieve — and ideally exceed — targets

· Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through

· The ability to explain sometimes complex information in a simple, clear and reassuring way

· A person-centred mindset and genuine respect for individual choice and personal preferences

· The confidence to have meaningful conversations about care, funding and service options

· A current Australian driver's licence

· The right to work in Australia
