We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a fantastic, close-knit team of around 8–10 people based in Torrensville.

This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with a well-established organisation and a team environment where you’ll be supported, trained and given the opportunity to build a genuine career.

What will you be doing?

This is a high-volume customer service and data entry role, so no two days will be exactly the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- High-volume and accurate data entry
- Navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Processing information accurately and efficiently
- Using Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level
- Working closely with your team to achieve daily goals
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Taking a proactive approach to resolving customer queries
