Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will provide safe, effective and high-quality maintenance leadership for the Blast Furnace Maintenance team. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating planned and breakdown maintenance activities, managing shutdowns, and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

We are looking for a motivated leader who can build strong team performance through mentoring, communication and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Experience required:

- Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter or Boilermaker)
- Experience within mining, mineral processing, smelting or other heavy industrial environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Robust planning, shutdown coordination and resource management skills
- Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
- S1, S2 and S3 qualifications are advantageous
