Role Overview

Based at our Ormeau site, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Poly Components Labourer to join our manufacturing team on a casual basis. This hands-on role is responsible for installing and fitting components to Taylex products, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to a secure and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and practices to maintain a safe work environment
- Clean and prepare manufacturing moulds
- Measure, cut, and glue PVC and other components
- Install and fit components to finished products
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively




- Follow quality control procedures and report any issues to supervisors
- Complete general labouring and housekeeping duties
- Follow instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
- Work collaboratively within a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong focus on workplace safety
- 1-2 years' experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Valid working rights in Australia
