About the Role
We’re looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join the team on a full-time basis at Tasman Holiday Parks - Racecourse Beach.
We are looking for a team leader who has a strong work ethic, a passion for teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for our guests to arrive.
- Train and mentor our housekeeping team and take ownership of the housekeeping department
- Scheduling, coordinating and carrying out scheduled cleaning in line with our operating policies
- Liaising with our linen service and cleaning supplies providers
- Ensure day-to-day presentation of all cabins and shared amenities is to the highest standard for our guests

- An understanding of cleaning and cleaning processes
- Ability to work autonomously and think independently
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such opportunities
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid paced environment
This is a Full time role which requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods.
