The Position
- Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef
- Manage workstation and deliver a high standard of hygiene
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
- Respond to requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of hygiene
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues
The Person
- Robust work ethic – willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Excellent communication skills
- Great energy, flexible approach, and immaculate presentation
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Be self-motivated and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
