As a Building Cadet at Oakdale Group, you will:
- Assist in managing and coordinating daily site operations alongside the Site Foreman and Project Manager.
- Support the preparation of work schedules, safety documentation, and procurement processes.
- Monitor progress and quality of works, contributing to daily reporting and communication with subcontractors.
- Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and project meetings.
- Work closely with the design teams to understand tender processes and formwork system planning.
- Completion of ITP's and QA documentation
- Control site copies of contact drawing ensure contract drawing are current prior to commencement of recent elements
- Reading and marking up of construction drawing
