CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking a People & Resource Manager to lead on-site teams across Trades and Apprentices. The role focuses on recruitment, rostering, payroll and workforce planning to support a critical data centre environment.

You will report to the Alliance Manager and Area GM, oversee SLAs and KPIs, and drive engagement and retention of technical staff, with a solid emphasis on apprenticeship programs and industry partnerships.
