dnata catering is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our national bakery at Coolangatta Airport. This full-time role involves preparing and cooking international hot and cold meals for customer airlines and supervising kitchen staff in a busy open-plan kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher, a solid background in food production, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster. Knowledge of hygiene and GMP is essential.
