- Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and internal repair staff
- Use iBodyshop and Audanet to create and manage estimates efficiently
- Help manage the repair process from estimate to delivery, ensuring top-tier service and repair quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a collision repair estimator
- Strong working knowledge of iBodyshop and Audanet (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive attitude
