Western NSW Local Health District in Orange, NSW seeks an Aboriginal Health Practitioner to support the High Risk Foot Clinic. This permanent part time role is 16 hours per week and focuses on culturally grounded, respectful care, wound care, chronic disease management and patient education.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with the Diabetes Educator, Dietitian, Social Worker and allied health staff, and build trust with Aboriginal clients and communities to improve treatment
