Civitas Talent is seeking a Senior Manager for Industrial Relations and Wage Compliance to own wage compliance and remediation for a major ASX-listed organisation. The role offers a six-figure package plus super and is permanent with location flexibility across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will report to the GM Workplace Relations and lead wage compliance day-to-day across a large, complex workforce covered by multiple awards.
