Creative Arts & Collaborative Coaching Teacher (0.8 FTE)

St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School, Asquith is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our team in a temporary part time role (0.8 FTE) from 17 August 2026 to 27 January 2027. Combining classroom teaching and collaborative coaching, this unique opportunity offers the chance to positively impact both student learning and teacher practice.

Job share arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates.

St Patrick’s Catholic School, Asquith was established in 1958 by the Sisters of Mercy. The school is situated in close proximity to the Asquith railway station on the outskirts of Sydney’s north. The school has a current enrolment of 346 students.

Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and our Vision ofAuthentic professional Catholic education delivered with care and compassion

Capacity to plan and teach co-operatively, undertake responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing a specific KLA with classroom teachers to ensure students can achieve learning outcomes.

Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner as defined by the Professional Standards for Teachers

Knowledge and skills required in the effective delivery of Curriculum, Assessment and Pedagogy

A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety

Adherence to our CSBB Capability Framework

Commitment to be an active member of the Catholic school community

Hold a valid Working With Children Check

Must be a 4-year trained teacher
