Family law is a core area of practice, with a dedicated team offour family lawyers and two experienced paralegals .

The Opportunity

We are seeking anexperienced family law paralegal (3+ years) who is interested in asenior, autonomous role within a team-oriented and well-resourced family law team.

You will work closely with anAccredited Specialist Family Lawyer who:

Delegates effectively and extensively

Doesnot litigate

Practices collaborative, non-adversarial family law

The role is structured so the lawyer can focus primarily onclient service , with the paralegal taking responsibility for file preparation and progression.

Key Responsibilities





Management ofproperty settlement and parenting matters

Preparation ofApplications and Financial Agreements

Independent drafting of correspondence and legal documents

File management, task prioritization and follow-through

Confident acceptance and completion of delegated work

Candidate Profile

3+ years' experience as a family law paralegal or senior legal assistant

Strong working knowledge ofApplications and Financial Agreements

Comfortable working with autonomy and responsibility

Organized, efficient and deadline-driven

Interest in collaborative, non-litigious family law practice
