- Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
- Hands-on experience with core platform configuration and customisation

- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies & UI Actions
- Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions)
- Script Includes
- Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs

Integrations

- REST & SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound)
- Import Sets & Transform Maps
- Scripted REST APIs
- Authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth)
- JSON/XML data handling
- Experience on SSO/ITSM/ERP Product Integrations

Desirable

- HRSD Module
- ServiceNow Portal / Employee Centre configuration
- Widget configuration and basic UI customisation
- Telephony integration

Duration: 06 Monthsandpossible extension
