We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated High Reach Forklift Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team for the upcoming busy peak season .

In this pivotal seasonal casual role , you will be responsible for the protected and efficient operation of High Reach Forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products within our busy warehouse facility. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations during our peak period.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate deep reach forklifts safely and efficiently in narrow aisles to a maximum height of 10.5m.

- Load, unload, and stack products, ensuring proper storage and minimising damage.

- Perform daily pre-start checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.





- Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and maintain workflow.

Requirements/Experience

- Proven experience as a Deep Reach Forklift Driver in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Valid Australian High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with LF endorsement (Forklift).

- Demonstrated experience operating deep reach forklifts (e.g., Crown, Raymond, Hangcha).

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to WHS regulations.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

- Availability and commitment to work through our seasonal peak period.

This is a seasonal casual warehouse position working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm with work guaranteed to Christmas.
