About the Role
This is in-home residential sales — done properly.
You’ll attend 4–5 pre-booked appointments daily with homeowners who have requested a quote. No cold calling. No door knocking.
Your role is to assess the home, design the right system, present a premium solution, and confidently guide the customer through their decision.
Appointments are scheduled for you. Installations are handled by our experienced technical teams. You focus on closing at a high level.
Monday to Friday schedule. Structured days. Predictable workflow.
- Designing ducted multi and split system solutions tailored to each property
- Preparing and presenting clear, professional quotations
- Managing your structured daily appointment schedule
- Working closely with installation teams for seamless project handover
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential HVAC (installation, service, or sales background)
- Confidence selling in‑home to homeowners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Self‑motivated, professional, and performance‑driven
Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is highly regarded but not essential for experienced sales professionals.
