Polesy, a long-established Australian family-owned business, is seeking a part time HR Manager to support leadership across HR, employee relations, compliance and people development.
The role is 16 hours per week, typically across two days, with flexibility to spread hours across three shorter days if preferred. You will partner with Directors and managers to shape workplace culture, improve engagement, and ensure best-practice HR processes across the organisation.
