JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Back of House Manager to lead stockroom operations, drive timely deliveries, minimise stock loss and partner with store management to prioritise tasks.

You will direct the Back of House team, manage stock replenishment, optimise the layout for fast access to bestsellers, and coach colleagues to improve performance.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar high‑turnover fashion retailer, robust organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
