Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg and Telemetry setting as part of a resource pool Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards Flex across units as needed to meet staffing demands within the resource pool Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa Current BLS certification Experience in Med/Surg and/or Telemetry nursing Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a float pool or resource pool environment ACLS certification Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation Why Join Us
