ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise shifts, and guide a team to deliver great customer service. You will open/close the store, provide constructive feedback, and help onboard new team members while keeping shelves prepared and customers served with a smile.

This role emphasizes leadership development, safety, and teamwork within a supported, friendly setting. Competitive hourly rate and shift allowances accompany a 35-hour per week contract.
