This is not just another Site Manager role. It is your chance to join a growing commercial builder that is expanding its Brisbane team and play a key role in its future success.

The business has already established a solid presence in SA and Victoria. Delivering community, health and commercial projects valued up to $15m, it is continuing to build its Brisbane team, with key projects secured across SEQ and long‑term opportunities ahead.

Your first project will be a $4m medical facility within an existing building. The project includes the construction of a complex concrete bunker, so experience delivering technically challenging concrete structures is essential. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll have the autonomy to run your own site while being supported by an experienced leader.

This builder does things properly. The Director remains actively involved in the business, with established systems, supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture. The package ranges from $150k - $170k, depending on experience.

To be considered, you must have previous experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder or head contractor delivering commercial construction projects.
