We’re looking for an ER/HR Advisor to join our team in Melbourne! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in employee relations and HR processes, looking to gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the ER/HR team with case management, investigations, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in gathering documentation and preparing reports for workplace investigations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
- Work closely with senior ER/HR team members to learn and develop your skills.

You're resilient, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to multitask and stay organized. You’re not afraid to dive into challenges, support investigations, and contribute to a collaborative team. Some of what you’ll need to succeed:
- HR & ER Experience
