As a Campus Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high performing service, driving quality outcomes, strengthening culture and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
The opportunity
This is a key centre leadership role for someone who can balance educational excellence, quality practice with strong commercial outcomes. You will lead the service to achieve exceeding quality outcomes while also driving occupancy growth, strengthening the service's reputation, and ensuring long term sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transformational change to lift practice and culture across the service
- Drive continuous improvement toward exceeding outcomes across all National Quality Standard areas
- Develop and execute strategies to grow occupancy and strengthen community engagement
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Build a high performing, accountable leadership and educator team
- Embed evidence informed pedagogy and high quality educational practice
- Strengthen partnerships with families, schools, and the local community
- Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence
About you
You are a strategic and confident leader who understands both quality education and the commercial realities of running a successful service. You are motivated by growth, improvement, and measurable impact.
You will bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of Director experience in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and quality improvement planning
- A track record of growing occupancy and improving service performance
- Sound financial and commercial acumenStrong communication, relationship building, and change leadership skills
