Voyager Tennis is looking for a passionate and experienced tennis coach who is ready to step into a leadership role.

What you'll be doing:

- Leading the daily operations of a tennis venue
- Coaching players of all ages and levels
- Supporting and developing other coaches
- Helping grow programs and improve player engagement
- Building strong relationships with players, parents and schools
- Running events,



tournaments and holiday programs
- Ensuring a great experience for all players

What we’re looking for:

- At least 3 years' experience in coaching and program leadership
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Positive, organised and professional approach
- Comfortable coaching on court and leading off court
- Passion for helping players develop and enjoy tennis

Salary:

$90,000-$130,000 depending on experience and readiness for the role.

You will also need (or be willing to obtain):

- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- Tennis Australia Coach Membership
- First Aid (preferred)
