StaffCoordination

- Matchclientswithappropriatesupportstaff.
- Monitorstaffperformanceandservicedelivery.

Communication&Documentation;

- Liaisewithfamilies,healthcareprofessionals,andserviceproviders.
- Ensurecompliancewithorganizationalpolicies.

Compliance&QualityAssurance;

- Monitoradherencetocarestandardsandregulations.
- Investigateincidentsandimplementcorrectiveactions.

Qualifications

- DiplomaorBachelor'sdegreeinNursing,CommunityServices,SocialWork,orrelatedfield.
- Minimum2yearsexperienceinagedcare,disability,orcommunityservices.
- Strongorganizationalandcommunicationskills.
