Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across all areas of the Your Clubroom business.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing customer accounts and providing outstanding service from initial enquiry through to completed order.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sporting clubs, schools, community organisations and businesses.
- Conduct phone calls, emails and customer visits to generate sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Promote the full range of Your Clubroom products and services.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout every order.
Administration
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain customer records within company systems.
- Assist with sales reporting and pipeline management.
- Liaise with internal production and warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Previous sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Competent computer skills.
