Store Manager (IGA Supermarkets) – Local & Regional Locations (Western Australia)

We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead IGA supermarket operations across local and regional Western Australia , including the North West , South West , and Eastern regions . We are a thriving business with extensive and exciting future expansion.

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supermarket environment in a comparable Store Manager or senior leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control and financial performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work autonomously

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Locations: Local and Regional Western Australia (North West, South West, East).

This is a suitable opportunity for candidates with solid supermarket management experience seeking a secure role in regional locations.
