Mayfield Early Education Wulguru is seeking a full-timeDiploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker to join ourestablished and supportive team in Wulguru, Queensland. This is an excellentopportunity to contribute to high-quality early education and care every singleday.

Position Details

- Position: Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Location: Mayfield Early Education Wulguru, Queensland
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with skillsand experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement play-based learning programs alignedwith the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe andinclusive environment
- Contribute to documentation, observations, and learning outcomes
- Build positive relationships with children, families,



and team members
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
- Work across operating hours on a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm

Skills and Experience Required

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQAapproved qualification or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an early childhood educationsetting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-quality learningenvironment

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card
- Child Protection training
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
