About the Role

Nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres – operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods – and we are looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full‑time positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high‑volume, fast‑paced centre.
- Performing sterilisation and infection control.
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations across a large, multi‑chair centre.
- Working collaboratively within a large, qualified team.

About You

- Dental Assistant experience preferred.
- Confident all‑rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of infection control standards.
- Reliable, adaptable and team‑focused.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Available Monday to Friday.

Location & Works Hours

Location: Sydney CBD – Monday to Friday.
