About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Bundall, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Responsibilities

A typical day will involve:

- Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using the 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow (not necessarily experience in bathrooms)
- Comfortable with a computer and eager to learn recent systems
- Open to working various shifts,



including weekends
- Desire to develop a career locally or within the network and promotion opportunities
