Overview

Motivated team member needed to keep industry moving at Motion Fluid Power Solutions, a leader in hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings. The role is a reliable Monday‑Friday position in the Kewdale WA workshop, providing training and career development in a safety‑focused setting.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Assemble and test industrial and hydraulic hose to Australian Standards.
- Read and complete work orders, schedules, and workshop documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare workshop orders.
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

What You’ll Bring

- Current driver’s licence.
- Forklift licence – desirable.
- Experience in hydraulics, hose assembly, manufacturing, or a similar trade background – advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter job details, update work orders, manage stock entries, and use email and internal systems accurately.
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset.
