Our client is an established Australian furniture and interiors brand with a strong national presence and an outstanding reputation for quality, contemporary design, and exceptional customer service. As part of their continued growth, they are opening a brand-new showroom on the Gold Coast and are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of this exciting new location.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a flagship showroom, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in growing the brand's presence across both retail and trade markets.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and commercial success of the showroom. Leading from the front, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, coaching staff, maintaining premium showroom standards, and creating a positive and results-driven culture.

Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will have the autonomy to establish a thriving showroom while contributing to the ongoing growth of a highly respected Australian brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the opening and ongoing management of a brand-new Gold Coast showroom.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
- Drive showroom sales, conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall business performance.




- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on sales leadership.
- Monitor sales performance, reporting, and key business metrics.
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and accountable team culture.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Leadership, and other showroom managers.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve processes, and maximize showroom performance.

About You

- Demonstrated experience managing successful retail sales teams.
- Background in furniture, interiors, homewares, premium retail, or other consultative sales environments.
- Commercially focused with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
- Strong organisational and operational management skills.
- Confident managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Genuine interest in interior design and helping customers create inspiring spaces.
