The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will plan, organise and run day‑to‑day operations, adapt to changing environments, and create a welcoming store environment that excites customers. You will align people, process and presentation to deliver a positive experience.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales and meet KPI targets.
- Provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
- Develop, coach, train and succession plan your team.
- Implement promotional changes and maintain merchandising standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Roster your team in line with the store’s trading profile.




- Run policies and procedures and maintain stock loss targets.
- Availability required over weekends, late nights and public holidays.

Qualifications

- Previous management experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong planning, organising and adaptability skills.
- Hands‑on, energetic, and vibrant attitude.
- Team‑player mindset.
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wage, KPI and stock loss targets.
- Experience in developing and coaching teams.
