What you’ll be doing

- Work full‑time, on‑site in a retail store on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
- Assist customers with travel questions (visas, timing, packing, local tips).
- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.

What we’re looking for

- Seasoned traveller with experience of international destinations.
- Great organisational skills and ability to manage calendar and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiasm, passion and warm customer service attitude.
- Computer savviness,



able to toggle between multiple systems.
