This role is for a Part time Assistant Store Manager at our Townsville Castletown store, working a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing

- Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
- Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
- Coaching, engaging, and developing the team
- Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day‑to‑day store operations
- Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

- You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
- You are confident, customer‑focused, and commercially minded
- You thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- You enjoy developing and motivating a team
- You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
