What’s Involved

As the Apprentice Butcher, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills within the Butchery industry assisting in the tasks below, but not limited to:

- Work closely with the team to learn all aspects of becoming a successful butcher.
- Provide exceptional service to our valued customers.




- Ensuring that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation.
- Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size.
- Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty‑forming or sausage‑forming machines.

To suit this role you will be eager, reliable and have a passion for all things meat! You will take pride in your presentation, have good communication skills and seek out opportunities to learn in your everyday duties.

Eligibility

- Australian Citizenship
- Australian Permanent Residency
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
