About the Role

The Store Manager will build a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service, drive financial performance, and manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, training, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards per company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure health & safety.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters with the regional manager.
- Recruit and develop talent, retaining high performers.

About You

We seek an ambassador of our brand who is passionate about fashion, has strong leadership and mentoring skills, and can manage a fast‑paced retail workplace.



Flexibility to work rotational weekend rosters and late‑night trade is required. Prior store‑management experience in fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and a performance‑driven mindset are essential.
