Creating Links (NSW) Ltd invites applications for a Safeguarding, Complaints and Investigations Officer. You will manage complaints, safeguarding concerns and NDIS incidents, and coordinate investigations including interviews and reporting.
You will provide guidance to managers, engage with regulators such as the Office of the Children's Guardian and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and analyse data to identify risks and drive improvements in safeguarding practices.
