Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‑store customer journey and by empowering customers to identify the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
- Be the go‑to tech expert by staying up‑to‑date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming setting where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly Rate: $33.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age)

Penalty Rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, and 150% for public holidays.
