In these leadership roles, you'll be responsible for:





- Leading and developing a customer-focused retail team
- Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
- Coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential
- Creating an engaging and positive store culture
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Managing store operations, compliance, and inventory processes
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and team development

- Previous leadership experience in a retail workplace
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
