Role - Principal Project Manager

We are seeking two experienced Principal Project Managers to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a large government environment. Both roles will play a critical part in developing robust business cases and, subject to approval, progressing into delivery of complex, high-impact programs.

Role 1: SAP Transition Project

The SAP Transition Project is focused on developing a business case to transition the current SAP environment to a shared services model. This includes defining preferred options, costs, risks, and perks to support an informed investment decision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of a comprehensive SAP transition business case
- Conduct detailed options analysis, including costs, risks, and benefits
- Engage senior stakeholders and enterprise architects
- Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Prepare for transition delivery or pivot to SAP upgrade planning if required

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering SAP transformation or upgrade programs
- Strong business case development and investment planning experience
- Deep understanding of SAP environments and migration strategies
- Experience managing complex enterprise stakeholders
- Strong governance and risk management capabilities

Role 2:



Lands Contact Centre Transformation Project

This project focuses on transforming customer experience through the design and implementation of a contemporary omni-channel contact centre capability. The solution will integrate call centre services, CRM, case management, knowledge management, and AI-enabled functionality. The initial phase centres on business case development, with delivery to follow via a phased implementation approach if approved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of a business case for a modern contact centre solution
- Reimagine end-to-end customer experience with business stakeholders
- Define future-state solutions including CRM, case management, and AI capabilities
- Engage enterprise architects and senior stakeholders
- Oversee phased delivery and benefits realisation if approved

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience delivering contact centre or customer experience transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of CRM, omni-channel platforms, and case management systems
- Exposure to AI-enabled service delivery (desirable)
- Strong business case development and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing complex, phased transformation programs

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (desirable)
