ANZ Commercial Marketing Manager
Job Summary
As a Commercial Marketing Manager for the ANZ business, you will be responsible for defining Go-to-Market Marketing strategies for our full suite of commercial products. Working with an experienced team you will manage significant budgets, leverage cutting‑edge digital tools and AI technologies to drive business growth and brand preference for HP across Enterprise, Mid‑Market (MM) and SMB segments together with the Enterprise Marketing Lead and SMB Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
- Support the End‑to‑End B2B Marketing Plans: participate in the development of annual and quarterly 4P plans for HP commercial hardware and solutions, including new product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, customer insights, journey mapping, message development and tactical planning.
- Integrated Marketing from Brief to Execution: plan, budget and execute the 12‑month roster of commercial initiatives, including online/offline events, industry seminars, digital and social campaigns, lead generation activities, case studies and CRM to deliver brand preference, pipeline and ROI.
- Account‑Based Marketing (ABM): build and apply an understanding of ABM methodologies; support execution for key accounts; collaborate with marketing, sales and category teams; design customised marketing campaigns for key industries (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, High‑Tech) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: communicate across regional marketing, sales, product teams, global headquarters and external agencies to ensure effective localisation of global strategies across multiple time zones.
- Digital, Data & AI Excellence: love for data, dashboards and insights; work with Centre of Excellence teams to optimise marketing approach, tools, systems, workflows and leverage AI to automate and improve efficiency.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in the IT or ICT industry; familiarity with marketing enterprise‑level hardware and solutions preferred; experience with alliance partner marketing highly regarded.
- Education: Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline; or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Marketing Expertise: strong and developed understanding of B2B marketing, revenue‑marketing, growth marketing or field marketing methodology with proven track record of successful Enterprise or SMB examples.
- Technical Skills: proficiency in mainstream marketing and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Eloqua; experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics a plus.
- Soft Skills: exceptional communication, presentation and coordination skills; ability to navigate matrix environments, work with a diverse team and bring a growth mindset that helps identify and suggest solutions in the quick‑paced IT industry.
