St Basil's Homes (SA) seeks a Clinical Care Coordinator (Clinical Nurse Level 2) to lead a 30-resident house within a 97-bed home in Christie Downs. You will work in a Dyad with the Living Well House Manager to deliver clinical direction, support day-to-day leadership, and drive person-centred care across the team.
You will oversee clinical staff, collaborate with allied health, maintain high standards of care, and ensure ACQSC compliance while fostering a supportive, family-friendly culture.
