Warehouse & Operations Officer Full Time | Darwin NT TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Operations Officer on behalf of one of our valued clients in Darwin.

About the Role Working alongside the Operations Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse.

pack and prepare customer orders Load and unload vehicles safely Maintain inventory and complete stock transactions Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes Book freight and prepare delivery documentation Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Assist with delivery scheduling Support daily warehouse operations and identify process improvements About You You'll ideally have experience in: Warehousing, logistics or transport Customer service or administration Inventory management You'll also have: Strong communication and computer skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A positive, proactive attitude The ability to work independently and within a team A current Driver Licence Desirable: Forklift Licence Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) If you're looking for a varied role with long-term career prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
