This locum prospect offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while experiencing one of Queensland's most desirable regional locations.
This is community-based position working with an experienced MDT, providing clinical governance and leadership to an adult population,



including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers.
Each consultant is allocated a full-time registrar.
Their Community Teams consist of Kirwan Community Care Team (KCCT), North Ward Community Care Team (NWCCT) and the Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) which are based at our Cambridge Street Community Clinics, but can also, on occasions, offer you the opportunity to do some home-based care.
The Community Mental Health Service provides community-based assessment plus short-, medium- and long-term case management for people with moderate to severe mental health problems.
Their service has an excellent embedded teaching program which supports RANZCP Consultant CPD requirements, including weekly Peer Review, Case Conference and Journal Clubs.
