Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for Lakeside Leisure Centre in Raymond Terrace. You will lead, coach and engage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards to deliver protected, high-quality aquatic services.
The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations with emphasis on safety, compliance and excellent guest experiences, including plant operations and Lifeguard deployment. A solid background in aquatics and relevant certificates are essential.
